Abdallah Mekky is a Runner, Futsal Player, Freestyle Footballer, Developer, Designer and an Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt
The Journey
Abdallah’s mission centers on empowering youth. Through the NASM Youth Exercise Specialist program, he’s learning how to guide young people (ages 6–19) toward strength, confidence, and lifelong wellness.
His approach blends consistent practice, curiosity, and compassion — turning movement into growth and growth into joy.
Currently Learning
- Fitness Training: Exercise science and functional training focused on youth development (ages 6–19).
- Languages: Exploring multiple languages to connect and communicate across cultures.
- Teaching & Communication: Learning to teach fitness and languages with empathy and clarity.
Philosophy
Growth happens when curiosity meets discipline. Fitness strengthens the body, language strengthens the mind, and teaching strengthens both — especially for young people finding their path.
